St. Lawrence Valley Roasters starts each day with the goal of bringing high quality, fair trade and organic coffees to northern New York. Roasting on a Diedrich roaster StLVR always selects quality beans that showcase their country of origin from bean to cup. Owner and head roaster Conor O'Brien's refined palate, years of experience and attention to quality is why we choose to serve St. Lawrence Valley Roasters exclusively at our coffeehouse.
